Chef Ben Adams

A native Memphian, Chef Ben Adams is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in New Hampshire.  He has been a fixture at Memphis landmarks such as La Tourelle, Café 1912 and Chez Philippe, training under luminaries such as Cullen Kent, Tony Gault and Reinaldo Alfonso. A dedicated culinary artisan, he chooses informal dining as his meal of choice and enjoys flavors from all regions.

Glenda Hastings

Owner of Napa Cafe, Glenda Hastings has traveled the world seeking new dining ideas and inspirations to continue to propel her restaurant business.  A native to Memphis, Glenda earned her degree from The University of Memphis in Chemistry and Mathematics and has been the owner of Napa Cafe for the past 8 years.  Those who know Glenda are not surprised by her success;  her dedication to her customers and employees is tireless.  Her first fine-dining experience, at age 15, was at Justine's, which  fueled her desire to enter the restaurant world as a proprietor.  Glenda says that "she is a customer first and owns a business that just so happens to be a restaurant."
